Tadalis – Active ingredients:
Tadalis contains 20mg tadalafilum (tadalafil).

Dosage:

The recommended starting dose is 20mg before sexual activity. The pill is taken whole and washed down with a small amount of water. Tadalis can be taken regardless of food intake. Tadalis can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Tadalis can work for up to 36 hours after taking it. It is important to note that Tadalis does not work without sexual stimulation. You and your partner need to engage in foreplay just as you would if you were not taking medicine to treat erectile dysfunction. You must not take Tadalis more than once a day.

Tadalis 20 mg must not be taken:

– If you have a serious heart condition or have recently had a heart attack

– If you have recently suffered a stroke

– If you have low blood pressure or untreated high blood pressure

– If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to tadalafil or other substances found in Tadalis (listed at the beginning of this package insert)

– If you are taking organic nitrates in any form or substances that lead to the formation of nitric oxide, such as amyl nitrite – this is a group of medicines (‘nitrates’) used in the treatment of angina pectoris (‘chest pain’); Tadalis has been shown to enhance the effects of these medicines; if you are taking nitrates in any form or are unsure, talk to your doctor

– If you have sickle cell anaemia (a red blood cell disorder), multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer), leukaemia (blood cancer) or penile deformity

– If you have a severe liver or kidney disorder

Caution is needed when taking Tadalis:

Sexual activity poses a risk to patients with heart disease because it increases the burden on the heart. If you have heart problems, you need to bring this to the attention of your doctor. Tadalis may not be suitable for you for the following reasons. If any of these causes apply to you, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.

Taking other medicines:

In general, you must always tell your doctor that you are taking any medicine or have recently taken any medicine, including medicines available without a prescription, as medicines taken at the same time may interact with each other. This is especially important if you are taking nitrates, as you must not take Tadalis while being treated with these medicines. Also, do not take Tadalis together with any other medicines that your doctor tells you about. Tadalis must not be taken in combination with other medicines to treat erectile dysfunction.

Side effects:

Like all medicines, Tadalis may have side effects. These effects are usually mild to moderate in nature. The most common side effects include headache and indigestion. Less common side effects include back pain, muscle pain, swelling of the nasal mucosa, facial redness, and dizziness. Rare side effects include swelling of the eyelids, eye pain and conjunctival congestion (red eyes). If you notice any of these side effects that bother you, are severe, or do not go away, tell your doctor. Allergic reactions (including skin rashes) may also occur. In rare cases, prolonged and possibly painful erections may occur after taking Tadalis. If you experience an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, you must see a doctor immediately. If you develop chest pain during or after intercourse, do not take nitrates under any circumstances, but seek medical advice. If you notice any side effect while taking Tadalis that is not listed in this leaflet, please tell your doctor.
