Active ingredients:

Each tablet contains 100 mg (sildenafil) just like Viagra.

Dosage:

The product should not be taken in more than one tablet per day. The effects of the product are experienced with sufficient sexual stimulation. The product is not an aphrodisiac. The effects of the product are experienced after 5 minutes. This period is longer if the product is taken at least 2 hours after a meal. The effect lasts 4-5 hours. It is not recommended to consume large amounts of alcohol before using the product. Alcohol and fatty foods reduce the effect.

The preparation must not be taken:

Patients who have had a heart attack or have other heart problems, high or low blood pressure, or have poor blood clotting. Anyone who has an allergic reaction to sildenafil. Anyone who is taking medicines containing nitric oxide or nitrates, which are used for, among other things, certain cases of angina (chest pain). The most commonly used nitrates include nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate. If you suffer from angina and are unsure whether the medicines you are currently taking correspond to any of the above, please consult your doctor before using this product.

Recommendations for elderly patients:

Elderly patients should start treatment at the recommended dose (50 mg/day).

Recommendations for patients with kidney disease:

Persons with severe kidney disease should use the product with caution and initiate treatment at the minimum recommended dose of 25 mg/day. The preparation should not be taken concomitantly with drugs containing nitrates or capable of releasing nitric oxide and preparations containing isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate. Co-administration of the product with other medicines requires the approval of your physician, especially if you are taking products containing cimetidine, erythromycin and ketoconazole.

Side effects:

As with most medications, side effects may occur and are usually mild and transient. Common ones include headache and facial flushing. Other side effects that occur infrequently but have been noted include indigestion, dizziness, stuffy nose, and effect on vision. If you find yourself with an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, you need to see a doctor immediately. Keep medicines in their original packaging, at a temperature not exceeding 38°C.
