CIALIS is designed for adult men with erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is defined as a condition in which a man is unable to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity. CIALIS is proven to significantly improve the ability to achieve penile erection sufficient for sexual activity.

CIALIS contains the drug tadalafil, which belongs to a group of substances called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. After sexual stimulation, CIALIS relaxes the smooth muscle of the blood vessels in your penis and allows blood to flow into its tissues. The result is an improvement in erectile function. CIALIS will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction.

It is important to note that CIALIS does not work without sexual stimulation. You must engage in foreplay with your partner just as you would if you were not taking medicine to treat erectile dysfunction.

Method of use

Sexual stimulation is necessary to achieve the effect of tadalafil. The product is recommended to be taken at a dose of 1 tablet given before the anticipated sexual activity, regardless of food intake. For patients in whom the drug at a dose of 10 mg does not lead to the expected effect, a dose of 20 mg may be used. The preparation may be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The maximum dosage is once a day. Tadalafil 10 and 20 mg is intended to be taken before expected sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily use. Dosage of tadalafil once daily is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment.

Caution:It should not be used in men with heart disease for whom sexual activity is not recommended. The potential cardiac risk of sexual activity in patients with cardiovascular disease will be considered by the treating physician. The use of the product does not apply to children or adolescents in the indication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The product is not indicated for women.
