Active Substances:
One tablet contains 150mg of Sildenafil just like Viagra.
Dosage:
The recommended starting dose is half of a 75mg tablet before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is not sufficient, only then should the dose be increased to the full 150mg tablet. The product should not be taken more than once a day. The effects of the product are present with sufficient sexual stimulation. The preparation is not an aphrodisiac. The effects of the product are experienced half an hour to an hour after taking the product. This time is longer if the product is taken with or shortly after a meal. The effect is 4-5 hours. It is not recommended to ingest large amounts of alcohol before using the product. Alcohol and fatty foods reduce the effect.
The preparation must not be taken:
Patients who have had a heart attack or have other heart problems, high or low blood pressure, or have poor blood clotting or kidney problems. Anyone who has an allergic reaction to sildenafil. Anyone who uses medicines containing nitric oxide or nitrates, which are used in certain cases of angina (chest pain), among other things. The most commonly used nitrates include nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate. If you suffer from angina and are unsure whether the medicines you are currently taking correspond to any of the above, please consult your doctor before using this product. Taking the product together with other medicines requires the approval of your treating physician, specially if you are taking cimetidine, erythromycin and Ketoconazole preparations.
Recommendations for elderly patients:
Elderly patients should start treatment with the minimum recommended dose (75mg/day).
Side effects:
As with most medications, side effects may occur and are usually mild and transient. Common ones include headache and facial flushing. Other side effects that occur infrequently but have been noted include indigestion, dizziness, stuffy nose, and effect on vision. If you find yourself with an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, you need to see a doctor immediately. Keep the tablets in their original packaging, at a temperature not exceeding 10-30°C.
